🔧 Before you email — common fixes
If the message generator isn’t working, try these steps first:
- 1 Make sure you’ve selected options from all the dropdowns before hitting Generate — the tool needs at least a relationship type and tone to work.
- 2 Refresh the page and try generating again — occasional timeouts can cause a one-off error.
- 3 Check your internet connection is stable — the tool calls an external API to generate messages.
- 4 Try a different browser if the problem persists.
