Free Advent Calendars for 2026
Every day from 1 to 24 December, a new door opens with one small thing to do. Choose the calendar that fits you: one for teams, one for families, and one for parents and teachers who want to spread a little kindness.
How they work
- A new door opens each day. Doors stay locked until their date, so there’s something to look forward to.
- Each prompt is quick. Most take a few minutes and require no money, equipment, or preparation.
- Gold doors are weekend specials. They’re optional, and a bit bigger than the weekday ones.
- Tick off each day. Press “Mark as done” when you’ve done it, and the calendar keeps count.
- Nothing to sign up for. Your ticks are saved only in your own browser on your own device. We don’t collect them.

Family Advent Calendar
Best for: families with children at home.
One simple festive activity a day. Weekdays are quick, about ten minutes, such as a paper chain, a kitchen dance party or hot chocolate with all the toppings. Weekends have a bit more time for the lights walk, baking, a film afternoon or wrapping presents together.
It’s written in UK English, with free or low-cost ideas and no tricky equipment.

Advent of Kindness
Best for: parents and teachers who want to share kindness with children, at home or in class.
Twenty-four small acts of kindness, from thanking the caretaker and inviting someone left out to join in, to making cards for a neighbour. A tally at the top counts how many you’ve done, which works well on a classroom wall or the family fridge.
Weekdays fit into a normal school day, and weekends have bigger ideas, such as a litter pick or a donation to a food bank.
